Real Estate Tax Collector

The Real Estate Tax Collector is an independent, elected official.  In Catasauqua, the real estate tax is our main source of revenue. The collection of these taxes is especially critical to ensuring that our operations are fully funded. In addition to the billing, collecting, and recording of real estate taxes, the tax collector also processes consumer requests for tax and payment information. This is usually done at the time a property is sold or a mortgage is refinanced.
