Open Records – Right To Know Law

Mr. Eckhart is the Borough’s Open Records Officer. He reviews and responds to all Open Records/Right To Know requests and provides a response to all requests. Open Records/RTKL forms are available here or under the Permits and Forms tab on the home page. Requests may be submitted by mail, fax, email (openrecords@catasauqua.org) or in person at Borough Hall. It is the Borough’s policy to not respond to anonymous (as defined by OOR) Open Records Requests.
