Open Records – Right To Know Law

Mr. Eckhart is the Borough’s Open Records Officer. He reviews and responds to all Open Records/Right To Know requests for general Borough information and provides a response to all requests. Open Records/RTKL forms are available here or under the Permits and Forms tab on the home page. Requests may be submitted by mail, fax, email (openrecords@catasauqua.org) or in person at Borough Hall. It is the Borough’s policy to not respond to anonymous (as defined by OOR) Open Records Requests. Please submit your request to OpenRecords@Catasauqua.org

Police Chief John Wiseman is the Open Records Officer for the Police Department. He reviews and responds to all Open Records/Right To Know requests for Police Department information and provides a response to all requests. Requests may be submitted by mail, fax, email (information@catapd.org) or in person at the Police Department. It is the Borough’s policy to not respond to anonymous (as defined by OOR) Open Records Requests. Requests for Police Records should be directed to Information@CataPD.org.
