Refuse (Garbage) and Recycling Schedule

A flyer from J.P. Mascaro was mailed to all residences in 2024 with the schedule for August 2024-December 2025. That schedule can be viewed here. Questions about Trash & Recycling Collection or Service Issues please call 800-333-4624.

Electronics Recycling

Pursuant to law, electronics and similar items can no longer “be thrown out with the trash.” Essentially, anything with a cord is included in this program. They must be properly recycled – and not as part of the Borough’s standard recycling program. These items must be taken to an authorized recycling location.  Residents are encouraged to call recycling centers directly to inquire about current rates.

Yard Waste Disposal

The Borough’s yard waste disposal facility has been closed for several years. FRCA First Regional Compost Authority will accept yard waste from Borough Residents.  Please check their website for more information https://www.frcauthority.org/
