3rd Quarter Water/Sewer Bills have been mailed. Payment is due by 3:50 pm on October 31, 2024. ATTENTION LANDLORDS & TENANTS: Beginning January 1, 2025, the Borough will ONLY send Utility Bills to property owners, this includes water/sewer and refuse (garbage).  We will no longer send a copy of the bills to tenants.  In accordance with Borough ordinances, utility bills are billable to the property owners and it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure payment is made by the due date; all late fees will be billed to the owner. In addition, effective immediately, we will no longer accept payment arrangements with tenants.  Unpaid balances will be sent to Portnoff Law for collection and could result in a lien being filed on the property.

Water Line Survey – The Borough recently sent out a survey in compliance with the EPA to create an inventory to confirm the lack of lead service lines in our water service area. If you have not already completed the survey please do so and return it as soon as possible. The survey needs to be completed ASAP. Here are links to the survey –
